Mission
What you will drive
- Support partner cultivation and relationship management across a diverse ecosystem including community organizations, school districts, and policy partners.
- Coordinate community events such as workshops, student forums, and family engagement events, managing logistics and facilitator prep.
- Coordinate aiEDU's participation in policy briefings, advocacy convenings, and research partnerships.
- Build and maintain operational systems for ecosystem engagement, including facilitation guides and documentation workflows.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 3+ years of experience in partnerships, external affairs, program coordination, or related field, ideally in education, nonprofit, or policy work.
- Experience planning and staffing in-person events with logistics and facilitator prep.
- Strong writing skills for partner-facing communications and meeting materials.
- Comfort working independently in a remote role with up to 40% travel.
