What you will drive
Key responsibilities include:
- Administer and maintain core IT systems including Microsoft Entra, Intune, Jamf, Office 365, MS Defender, and Atlassian tools
- Provide 2nd and 3rd-level technical support, conduct root cause analysis, and implement permanent fixes
- Administer Cisco Meraki infrastructure, manage VPN solutions, and optimize network performance and security
- Lead IT projects, develop automation workflows, and ensure security compliance across all systems
