IT Manager

• Own Climate X's device, identity, and security estate end-to-end, managing the macOS fleet through Microsoft Intune and hardening access with Conditional Access and compliance policies.
• Administer Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID, run a responsive support function through Zendesk, and maintain ISO 27001 controls.
• Automate provisioning, reporting, and routine support using scripting and AI tooling to enable scalable, secure operations.

• Proven experience managing a macOS device fleet through Microsoft Intune, including enrolment, configuration profiles, patching, and app deployment.
• Experience configuring Conditional Access and device compliance policies, and administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID.
• Track record of managing IT support via Zendesk, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Experience creating and maintaining IT processes and documentation; startup or scale-up background preferred.
