Mission

What you will drive

  • Steward the security, reliability, and effectiveness of Big Picture Learningโ€™s technology ecosystem, including day-to-day IT operations, help desk support, and system administration.
  • Research, assess, and implement technology platforms and system improvements, including the adoption of AI tools and automation, to support organizational growth and effectiveness.
  • Serve as primary internal steward of BPLโ€™s Salesforce instance, managing user setup, permissions, configuration, and data integrity.
  • Develop documentation and deliver training to support staff at varying levels of technical proficiency.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 4-5 yearsโ€™ experience managing organizational IT operations, including help desk support, user access management, system administration, and technology troubleshooting.
  • Working knowledge of cybersecurity best practices, data protection standards, and access control protocols.
  • Proficiency administering Salesforce (or comparable CRM), including user management, basic configuration, reporting support, and data integrity maintenance.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with ability to prioritize multiple initiatives and drive projects from assessment through implementation.

What's in it for you

Starting annual salary range: $77,920 - $84,795. Big Picture Learning is committed to fair and transparent compensation practices. Offers are determined based on relevant experience, skill transferability, and assessed readiness for the role, and are not subject to negotiation. All new hires participate in a six-month salary review that may result in an adjustment. Remote, U.S.-based position with occasional travel for annual conferences and team gatherings.
