IT Developer and System Architect

• Lead the design, integration, and optimization of enterprise data and information systems with a heavy focus on CRM.
• Translate business needs into actionable software solutions and manage full-cycle development.
• Drive artificial intelligence adoption, change management, post-deployment support, and continuous improvement.
• Create dashboards and reporting tools using data modeling and visualization techniques.

This role enables Air Products to modernize data systems, improving efficiency and supporting the company's mission to solve energy and environmental sustainability challenges through cleaner energy solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience (Sales Cloud).
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration, data models, and security.
• Experience with BI tools like QlikSense, Microsoft Access, and Excel.
