Mission
What you will drive
- Manage IPF Atid Steering Committees in Chicago, Cleveland, and Toronto, including recruitment, relationship management, and leadership development.
- Plan and execute chapter programs from concept to post-event follow-up, overseeing budgets, logistics, communications, and participant tracking.
- Build relationships with young professionals, community members, and partner organizations to strengthen IPF Atid's regional presence.
- Support national IPF Atid programs, including virtual programs and leadership programs, in coordination with the Deputy Director.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 3 years of experience in nonprofit programming, community engagement, or related fields.
- Proven experience managing events and coordinating logistics.
- Familiarity with Israeli politics, Middle East policy, U.S.-Israel relations, and the American Jewish communal landscape.
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, project management software, event management software, and CRM software preferred.
