Mission
What you will drive
- Manage international direct tax compliance for multiple jurisdictions including Canada, the Nordic Region, UK, Europe, Australia, and support compliance in Zambia and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
- Strategize, research, and plan for tax implications of global operations, coordinating U.S. and foreign tax laws to develop optimal tax planning strategies.
- Support the development and execution of corporate restructurings, entity reorganizations, and capitalization strategies.
- Develop and maintain tax systems that leverage AI to support strategic decision-making, including cash tax forecasting, scenario analysis, and capital structure optimization.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 8 years of tax experience, with public accounting, law firm and/or in-house experience preferred.
- CPA, JD and LLM (Tax) (or equivalent) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. and international tax regimes.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and use of AI applications.
