at Charge Point

🏢 About Charge Point

ChargePoint is the world's largest open EV charging network, powering the electric mobility revolution with hardware, software, and mobile solutions. Working here means being at the forefront of a trillion-dollar market transition, with a mission-driven culture that values courage, collaboration, and customer obsession.

About This Role

As an Internal Sales Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying and nurturing them to drive sales growth. Your work directly contributes to expanding EV adoption by ensuring every potential customer receives timely, personalized attention, and larger opportunities are seamlessly transitioned to field sales.

💡 A Day in the Life

You'll start your day by reviewing and prioritizing inbound leads in your CRM, then spend most of your time on calls and emails qualifying prospects. You'll collaborate with field sales to hand off larger opportunities and update lead statuses, all while tracking your performance against targets. Throughout the day, you'll also research potential accounts to tailor your outreach and ensure a seamless customer experience.

🎯 Who Charge Point Is Looking For

  • Proven experience in inside sales, lead qualification, or a similar customer-facing role, ideally in B2B tech or energy sectors.
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with the ability to quickly understand customer needs and articulate value propositions.
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing a high volume of leads and prioritizing effectively in a remote environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and a data-driven approach to track and report on lead conversion metrics.

📝 Tips for Applying to Charge Point

3

Research ChargePoint's recent news, such as partnerships or product launches, and reference them to show your genuine interest.

Since the role is remote, emphasize your experience working independently and your proficiency with remote collaboration tools.
