Mission
What you will drive
- Design and build back-end services, APIs, and integrations for internal AI tools and systems, ensuring scalability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Own the product roadmap for internal AI tools, translating cross-functional problems into clear requirements and milestones.
- Drive cross-functional technology initiatives to embed AI into internal workflows, partnering with stakeholders across the business.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to teams working on AI-related projects, including design reviews and mentoring.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Proven track record as a senior/staff back-end engineer with hands-on experience building production systems in Go, Python, or similar, and comfortable designing for scale on GCP.
- Experience building AI/LLM-powered systems in production, from prototyping through deployment and iteration.
- Strong product instincts with experience owning a product area end-to-end, including discovery, PRDs, roadmap, and success metrics.
- Deep fluency with modern AI tooling, including coding assistants (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Cursor), MCPs, and agent harnesses.
