Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst

• Conduct user research and create detailed PMO to FMO process flows.
• Gather requirements and translate business needs into automated, digitized, and scalable system solutions.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and support Agile PI planning across multiple development teams.

• BA/BS and 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery.
• Proficiency in AI and automation technologies for process optimization.
• Experience with collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, etc.).
