Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst

• Conduct user research and create detailed PMO to FMO process flows.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points and translate business needs into automated, digitized system transformations.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and document business requirements using Scaled Agile Methodologies.
• Act as a gateway between business needs and system capabilities, ensuring designs meet business needs while minimizing complexity and cost.

This role helps government and commercial clients achieve their goals by driving digital transformation, improving operational efficiency, and enabling scalable systems that strengthen society and the natural world.

• BA/BS and 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams.
• Proven experience creating development-ready Epics/Features with acceptance criteria.
• Expertise in AI and automation technologies for process mapping and optimization.
