Intermediate Telecom Business Analyst

• Conduct user research and create detailed PMO to FMO process flows, requirements gathering, and translate business needs into automated, digitized, and scalable system and process needs.
• Facilitate stakeholder collaboration to identify operational pain points, process improvement opportunities, and strategic objectives, turning them into cost-effective scalable system transformations.
• Manage product backlog, prioritize features, and document business requirements and acceptance criteria for handoff to development teams using Scaled Agile Methodologies.
• Support Agile PI planning and dependency alignment across multiple development teams.

• BA/BS and 5-7 years of experience as a business analyst or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) & Scaled Agile delivery across multiple development teams.
• Proven experience creating development-ready Epics/Features and associated acceptance criteria including non-functional requirements.
• Proficiency in collaboration/documentation tools (Teams, SharePoint, Confluence, Word, Visio, etc.).
