Job description

Role details

Manage foundation and institutional donor relationships to secure five-to-seven-figure gifts for environmental conservation initiatives.
- Prospect, qualify, and cultivate new and lapsed institutional donors; develop donor cultivation plans aligned with organizational priorities.
- Assess donor collaboratives and funder networks; coordinate internal engagement and advance relationship strategies across teams.
- Prepare proposals, reports, and donor materials; provide briefing materials and attend donor meetings to deepen relationships.
- Requires six years nonprofit fundraising experience, preferably with foundations or institutional donors; advanced degree may substitute two years.
- Proficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, exceptional writing and communication skills, and commitment to environmental mission essential.
