Institutional Partnership Officer

Manage foundation donor relationships and secure five-to-eight-figure gifts for environmental conservation initiatives.
- Develop and execute donor cultivation plans, proposals, and briefing materials aligned with organizational strategic priorities.
- Attend foundation meetings, monitor engagement metrics in Salesforce, and analyze portfolio performance to deepen relationships.
- Maintain expertise in diverse environmental programs and communicate their impact and potential to prospective donors.
- Requires bachelor's degree plus six years' nonprofit fundraising experience, preferably with foundation donors.
- Exceptional writing, communication, and relationship-building skills with demonstrated cultural competency and integrity.
