Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute institutional giving strategies to grow, diversify, and sustain revenue.
- Manage a portfolio of high-value foundation, corporate, and governmental funders, advancing them through the donor pipeline.
- Write and manage all grant applications, updates, and reports, ensuring equity-rooted messaging.
- Lead sponsorship fundraising for events and collaborate with internal teams for proper recognition.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum 3 years of experience in institutional fundraising and/or grant writing and reporting.
- Exceptional writing and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proven record of securing six- and seven-figure, multi-year foundation awards.
- Strong knowledge of donor database software (Raiser's Edge preferred).
