Insider Risk Analyst

• Define and manage insider risk / DLP processes in a modern, threat-informed way.
• Investigate and triage insider risk alerts, collaborating with HR, Privacy, Legal, and other stakeholders.
• Develop and refine workflows to improve insider risk detection and response.
• Monitor security tooling (e.g., Microsoft Purview, DLP, SIEM/EDR) and assess risk holistically.

This role helps protect Centrica's critical infrastructure and customer data from insider threats, contributing to a secure and resilient energy system that supports the transition to a greener, fairer future.

• Previous experience in cybersecurity, focusing on Insider Risk / DLP.
• Hands-on experience with security tooling including Microsoft Purview (DLP/Insider risk) management tooling.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, proactive mindset, and attention to detail.
• Relevant cybersecurity certifications preferred; understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF).
