What you will drive

  • Translate lessons from active campaigns into clear, practical resources for developers, including a resource roundup/library of community engagement best practices.
  • Capture and synthesize campaign wins and milestones to develop developer-facing materials such as one-pagers, case studies, and briefs.
  • Track and organize content ideas to build a pipeline of external-facing resources like webinars and virtual events.
  • Help maintain and improve internal systems supporting industry engagement work, including templates, SOPs, and tracking tools.

What makes you a great fit

  • 1+ years of relevant experience in communications, research, policy, advocacy, clean energy, or a related field.
  • Strong writer and editor with ability to make complex topics accessible.
  • Enjoys systems-building, documentation, and improving team workflows.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
