Industry Content Senior Associate

• Translate lessons from active campaigns into clear, practical resources for developers, including a resource roundup/library of community engagement best practices.
• Capture and synthesize campaign wins and milestones to develop developer-facing materials such as one-pagers, case studies, and briefs.
• Track and organize content ideas to build a pipeline of external-facing resources like webinars and virtual events.
• Help maintain and improve internal systems supporting industry engagement work, including templates, SOPs, and tracking tools.

This role accelerates the clean energy transition by equipping developers with best practices for community engagement, helping to build more local support for renewable energy projects and advancing gigawatts of clean power to the grid.

• 1+ years of relevant experience in communications, research, policy, advocacy, clean energy, or a related field.
• Strong writer and editor with ability to make complex topics accessible.
• Enjoys systems-building, documentation, and improving team workflows.
• Comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines.
