Individual Giving and Corporate Support Specialist

• Develop and implement individual giving and corporate support strategies to grow flexible funding for ILGA World.
• Design and deliver supporter engagement activities including prospecting, appeals, monthly giving, donor stewardship, and cultivation of mid-size and major gifts.
• Establish ethical screening and due diligence processes for corporate partnerships, ensuring alignment with mission and values.
• Contribute to improved systems for donor data, reporting, and internal coordination to build sustainable income.

This role strengthens ILGA World's financial independence and long-term sustainability, enabling the organization to continue advocating for the human rights of LGBTIQ+ persons globally.

• Experience in fundraising, individual giving, or corporate partnerships, preferably in human rights or non-profit sector.
• Strong understanding of donor stewardship, supporter journeys, and ethical fundraising practices.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
