Implementation Specialist

• Lead the timely and successful onboarding execution for new customers, ensuring a flawless launch and long-term partnership.
• Manage day-to-day communication and collaboration with customers and internal teams during strategy implementation.
• Recommend diversion (recycling) and brokering (savings) plans tailored to customer needs.
• Perform broker and diversion plan implementations and update internal workflows to track activities.

This role directly helps businesses reduce waste and increase recycling efficiency, contributing to a more sustainable future and accelerating the road to Zero Waste.

• 3+ years experience in Operations, Account Management, or Sales.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with ability to facilitate meetings and influence stakeholders.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, multitask, and prioritize with minimal supervision.
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
