What you will drive

Build and maintain quantitative impact and ROI models to inform the Foundation's grantmaking decisions and portfolio strategy.
- Develop decision-oriented impact forecasting models estimating outcomes at investment and portfolio levels using robust analytical methods.
- Analyze grantee and external data to refine modeling assumptions, conduct scenario analyses, and compare expected versus realized outcomes.
- Create clear visualizations, dashboards, and reports translating complex analyses for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Manage core datasets of grantee impact data, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and integration across the Foundation's systems.
- Requires 5+ years in economic modeling, impact analysis, or related analytical role; strong quantitative skills and Excel/Tableau proficiency essential.
