Mission

What you will drive

  • Represent a reduced number of noncitizens on complex immigration matters, including detained and non-detained removal proceedings, applications before USCIS, and advisals regarding consequences of pending criminal or family court proceedings.
  • Supervise a team of attorneys by conferencing cases, reviewing written work, providing in-court supervision, and monitoring caseloads and data entry.
  • Conduct annual performance evaluations, provide ongoing feedback, and support professional development of supervisees.
  • Participate in practice leadership meetings, represent the practice at cross-practice and external meetings, and lead or assist with trainings and presentations.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • At least three (3) years of immigration law experience, preferably in a criminal-immigration practice.
  • License to practice law in the United States.
  • Strong research, writing, and courtroom advocacy skills; supervisory and mentoring skills.
  • Commitment to holistic, client-centered representation and ability to work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.

Salary commensurate with experience; for 3-6 years of directly relevant experience, annual salary range is approximately $108,717-$117,838 (prorated for this 3-month temporary position).
