IAM Technical Manager

• Lead a team of IAM administrators and engineers focused on on-prem Active Directory and Privileged Access Management.
• Design and develop a multi-year roadmap to mature AD and PAM implementations.
• Ensure quality operations, up-time, and security best practices for AD and PAM solutions.
• Implement and design key team processes and drive an automation-first IAM stack.

This role ensures secure and efficient identity and access management, protecting critical data and systems that empower organizations to innovate and make a positive impact on industries and society.

• Technical mastery of On-Premise Active Directory and/or Privilege Access Management, including architecture, configurations, and operations.
• Strong understanding of authentication mechanisms and protocols (LDAP, LDAPS, Kerberos).
• Experience working in large enterprise-scale IAM environments (20,000+ users).
• People leadership skills with ability to manage and develop team members.
