IAM Analyst

• Serve as a primary liaison between the IAM team and business users/stakeholders in Japan.
• Partner with IAM engineers to support identity services, access controls, and operational improvements.
• Support cybersecurity documentation, process updates, and standard operating procedures.
• Assist with operational coordination, issue tracking, and follow-ups across cybersecurity teams.

This role ensures proper identity and access management, protecting data and systems that enable Hitachi Vantara's customers to achieve incredible outcomes with data, ultimately benefiting business and society.

• Fluency in English and Japanese (speaking, reading, writing).
• Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise IT environments.
• Working knowledge of IAM platforms and concepts.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
