HV Training and Technical Support Specialist (Remote)

• Develop HV technical training materials in collaboration with the Technical Support Supervisor and other SOLV employees.
• Support the Operations Control Center (OCC) with power systems analysis and operational guidance.
• Provide on-call and daytime HV support to OCC and field technicians, including remote support for EPC startup, commissioning, and O&M testing activities.
• Prepare and present root cause analysis (RCA) findings for equipment failures and support NERC misoperations reports.

This role ensures the safe and reliable operation of high voltage systems in utility-scale solar and battery storage projects, directly contributing to the expansion of renewable energy infrastructure and reducing reliance on fossil fuels.

• 10+ years of testing and commissioning experience.
• Demonstrated ability to train and develop others.
• Effective computer operation skills and ability to operate system testing applications.
• Valid driver's license, satisfactory driving record, and CPR/First Aid training.

Compensation Range: $113,100.00 - $141,375.00 per year.
