HV Senior Commissioning Manager

• Lead the commissioning team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans, schedules, and resource plans for utility-scale solar, battery storage, and high voltage substation projects.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, including clients and trade partners, to ensure smooth transition from commissioning to closeout.
• Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning tests, prepare detailed reports, and ensure compliance with industry standards and safety protocols.

This role ensures the reliable and safe operation of renewable energy infrastructure, directly contributing to the transition to clean energy and reducing carbon emissions.

• Minimum 8 years of experience in testing and commissioning of utility-scale electrical systems.
• Strong knowledge of electrical power systems, inverters, transformers, and electrical infrastructure.
• Proven experience managing project teams and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.

Compensation Range: $130,620.00 - $173,724.00
