What you will drive

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across multiple concurrent searches, including drafting job descriptions, coordinating interviews, and supporting hiring teams.
  • Process bi-weekly and semi-monthly payroll using Gusto, administer employee benefits, and manage leave administration including FMLA and state-specific plans.
  • Serve as the primary HR contact for employee relations, performance management, and compliance with multi-state employment laws.
  • Maintain HR systems, optimize digital workflows, and integrate diversity, equity, and inclusion principles across all HR functions.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5-10 years of progressive HR experience with ability to manage full-range HR functions independently.
  • Significant hands-on experience with multi-state employment law compliance (FMLA, state-specific leave, ADA accommodations).
  • Demonstrated experience managing full-cycle recruitment across multiple concurrent searches.
  • Experience processing multi-state payroll and administering benefits using Gusto or comparable HRIS.
