What you will drive
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and offboarding.
- Manage payroll and benefits through Insperity PEO, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
- Own performance review cycles, support managers with employee development, and foster a positive culture.
- Coordinate culture touchpoints, DEIB initiatives, and support board governance activities.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
- Full-cycle HR knowledge across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and offboarding.
- Strong organizational skills with experience in Google Drive, Slack, and ATS platforms.
- Excellent communication and judgment, with ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
