Human Resources Lead

• Lead full-cycle recruiting, onboarding, performance management, benefits administration, and offboarding.
• Manage payroll and benefits through Insperity PEO, ensuring compliance and smooth operations.
• Own performance review cycles, support managers with employee development, and foster a positive culture.
• Coordinate culture touchpoints, DEIB initiatives, and support board governance activities.

• 6+ years of HR experience, ideally in a nonprofit or mission-driven organization.
• Full-cycle HR knowledge across recruiting, onboarding, benefits, performance management, and offboarding.
• Strong organizational skills with experience in Google Drive, Slack, and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication and judgment, with ability to handle sensitive situations discreetly.
