Human Resources Assistant

• Assist in attracting, screening, and matching candidates to appropriate positions.
• Manage clerical functions such as taking detailed notes and answering phone calls.
• Screen applicants via video conference and create relationships with job seekers.
• Employ recruiting methods and source candidates using databases and social media.

• Computer literacy with iOS and macOS specifically; must own a Mac computer.
• Organizational skills and great customer service skills.
• Exceptional communication skills and time management.
