Mission

What you will drive

Core responsibilities:

  • Maintain management and technical responsibilities for all HR system interfaces globally, including Workday integrations with payroll, Time & Attendance, Benefit Carriers, and other corporate systems
  • Design, develop, and maintain global HR system interfaces and data integrations while ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and security
  • Lead global HR technology projects involving system upgrades, new integrations, and process automation, including AI implementations to streamline HR processes
  • Serve as technical SME for HR system integrations during M&A, system migrations, and global rollouts, and provide training/support to HRIS analysts and business users

What makes you a great fit

Required qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), HR Technology, or Information Systems
  • 120 months (10 years) of experience in Human Resource Information Systems or related position
  • 60 months (5 years) of experience managing payroll and Time & Attendance system interfaces
  • Experience with integration tools (Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Workday Studio, SAP CPI), APIs, XML, JSON, SFTP, middleware platforms, and data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA)
