HR Operations Lead

• Lead and mentor the HR Operations team, serving as a strategic advisor to the Head of HR.
• Own and evolve the HR tech stack, oversee payroll and benefits administration across US and Canada, and ensure compliance.
• Drive process optimization, vendor management, and support compensation and organizational growth.

This role enables Intersect Power to scale its HR operations efficiently, supporting the company's mission to accelerate clean energy development and modern infrastructure, thereby contributing to climate change mitigation.

• 7–10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a high-growth environment.
• Experience leading payroll and benefits administration across multiple regions (US and Canada preferred).
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience a plus).
• Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with experience in HR data, reporting, and compliance.

Compensation: $190,000 to $226,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus in USD). Equity grant, 100% premium coverage for medical/dental/vision, unlimited PTO, up to 12 weeks paid parental leave, mental health support, $150 monthly food stipend, $150 monthly cell/internet reimbursement, pet insurance, home office setup, and more.
