What you will drive

  • Lead and mentor the HR Operations team, serving as a strategic advisor to the Head of HR.
  • Own and evolve the HR tech stack, oversee payroll and benefits administration across US and Canada, and ensure compliance.
  • Drive process optimization, vendor management, and support compensation and organizational growth.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 7–10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a high-growth environment.
  • Experience leading payroll and benefits administration across multiple regions (US and Canada preferred).
  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience a plus).
  • Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with experience in HR data, reporting, and compliance.

Compensation: $190,000 to $226,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus in USD).
