What you will drive
- Lead and mentor the HR Operations team, serving as a strategic advisor to the Head of HR.
- Own and evolve the HR tech stack, oversee payroll and benefits administration across US and Canada, and ensure compliance.
- Drive process optimization, vendor management, and support compensation and organizational growth.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 7–10 years of experience in HR or People Operations within a high-growth environment.
- Experience leading payroll and benefits administration across multiple regions (US and Canada preferred).
- Familiarity with HRIS platforms (Dayforce experience a plus).
- Strong analytical and process-oriented mindset with experience in HR data, reporting, and compliance.

Compensation: $190,000 to $226,000 (total compensation includes base salary + bonus in USD).
