About This Role

As an HR Coordinator, you will provide critical HR operational support across the Global Support Office and country offices, handling payroll, benefits, recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. This role is impactful because you will ensure a fair, compliant, and accountable workplace, directly supporting ForAfrika's mission by enabling staff to focus on their work.

💡 A Day in the Life

A typical day involves managing HR inboxes and queries, processing payroll and benefits changes, coordinating recruitment and onboarding for new hires, and handling employee relations matters such as grievances or investigations. You'll also update HR records, ensure compliance with policies, and collaborate with the GSO HR team and country offices via virtual meetings and shared platforms.
