What you will drive

  • Provide HR support to a business unit/functional area including recruitment, employment documentation, job evaluation, compensation and benefits.
  • Act as a liaison between departments/divisions and administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Collect and analyze HR data, prepare internal employee communications, and assist in resolving employee relations issues.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Three or more years of relevant HR experience.
  • Certified Professional HR (PHR) or Senior Professional HR (SPHR) preferred.
  • Ability to establish strong partnerships with functional and business leaders.
