HR Business Partner

• Provide HR support to a business unit/functional area including recruitment, employment documentation, job evaluation, compensation and benefits.
• Act as a liaison between departments/divisions and administer HR policies and procedures.
• Collect and analyze HR data, prepare internal employee communications, and assist in resolving employee relations issues.

This role supports the organization's commitment to safety and innovation in the access industry by fostering a positive employee relations environment and implementing HR best practices that enhance workforce effectiveness.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Three or more years of relevant HR experience.
• Certified Professional HR (PHR) or Senior Professional HR (SPHR) preferred.
• Ability to establish strong partnerships with functional and business leaders.
