Mission
What you will drive
- Develop and execute strategic higher education campaign plans in coordination with staff organizers to achieve student debt cancellation and free college.
- Facilitate a member leadership Fellowship cohort to expand membership and develop future member leaders.
- Manage and supervise staff organizers, including creating weekly work plans, conducting debriefs, and supporting professional growth.
- Build coalitional work with higher education labor unions, advocacy groups, students, alumni, and parents.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- Minimum of 5 years as a labor or community organizer.
- Minimum of 2 years as a lead organizer supervising staff.
- Experience leading at least one successful campaign from start to finish.
- Understanding of structure-based organizing; excellent organizational and communication skills.
