Health Information Systems Officer, STRengthening Infectious disease DEtection Systems (STRIDES), Epidemic Preparedness & Response

• Strengthen infectious disease detection systems to improve epidemic preparedness and response.
• Manage health information systems for disease surveillance and data integration.
• Support the implementation of digital health tools for outbreak detection and reporting.

This role directly contributes to strengthening global health security by improving early detection and response to infectious disease outbreaks, ultimately saving lives and preventing pandemics.

• Experience in health information systems, epidemiology, or public health surveillance.
• Proficiency in data management and analysis tools (e.g., DHIS2, SQL, Excel).
• Knowledge of infectious disease detection and epidemic preparedness.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
