Headhunting Associate / Specialist

• Run searches to identify and suggest candidates for organizations working on AI safety and impact.
• Conduct hiring manager calls to understand role requirements and gather feedback.
• Use LLMs to generate and refine rubrics that assess candidate fit for specific roles.
• Review and filter candidate leads from the database to identify top prospects.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and improve search processes.
