What you will drive

  • Lead the design, governance, and execution of compensation, executive compensation, incentive plans, benefits, and rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent.
  • Drive M&A-related compensation and benefits due diligence, integration, and harmonization strategies.
  • Oversee benefits strategy, vendor management, compliance, and administration across US and Canada.
  • Build and lead a high-performing Total Rewards team with strong controls, analytics, and stakeholder communication.

What makes you a great fit

  • 15+ years of progressive Total Rewards/HR experience with significant leadership in compensation, executive compensation, incentive plans, and benefits.
  • Deep expertise in executive compensation, equity vehicles (RSUs, SARs), and complex incentive structures.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills; ability to translate complex data into clear recommendations.
  • Experience in renewable energy, infrastructure, or similarly complex environments preferred.
