What you will drive

Build Kairos's talent operations function to place early-career professionals into high-impact AI safety roles.
- Own Kairos hiring processes, source and evaluate candidates, and build scalable recruiting infrastructure as the team doubles.
- Headhunt and match early-career talent from Kairos programs to impactful roles across the AI safety ecosystem.
- Interface with partner organizations to develop and scale Talent Commons, a shared consent-based talent database.
- Requires strong judgment about people, relationship-building skills, and systems thinking to scale informal processes reliably.
- Mission-aligned with AI safety context; direct experience in talent placement, recruiting, or AI safety ecosystem relationships valued.
