What you will drive
Core responsibilities:
- Lead a team of Sales Managers in Northern Europe, ensuring targets align with business requirements and coordinating efforts on high-priority areas
- Develop and execute regional AM business development growth plans and strategies to meet annual targets for contract value, revenue, and profit
- Create, develop, and maintain client relationships, prepare presentations, identify bid opportunities, and manage opportunities from enquiry to contract signature
- Work with the AM Global Sales Support team to implement robust bid processes, drive efficiencies, and ensure cost-effective operations

Required qualifications:
- Experience in planning and delivering business development activities for selling services in a B2B environment
- Experience in preparing, reviewing, analyzing, and approving tenders and proposals within approval limits
- Experience working within wind/solar/storage renewable energy sectors
- Strong knowledge of renewable energy sectors, particularly AM clients, competitors, and contractors
- Excellent communication, numerical analysis, research, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) and Salesforce systems
