Head of Regulatory Reporting

• Lead and inspire the regulatory reporting team to produce the full suite of regulatory reports and metrics.
• Drive automation and transformation of the regulatory reporting function.
• Provide regulatory input into system changes, commercial plans, and key transactions.
• Liaise with senior management, regulators, and internal teams to ensure effective governance and compliance.

This role ensures Tandem meets its regulatory obligations, enabling the bank to focus on sustainable digital banking that empowers customers to make better financial choices and lower their environmental impact.

• Significant experience in UK PRA, FCA, and BoE regulatory reporting within financial services.
• Qualified ACA or equivalent.
• Excellent people management and leadership skills.
• Experience leading a regulatory reporting team through material regulatory change programs.
