- Build the Summer Gathering into a vibrant international hub bringing together senior researchers, fellows, and leaders.
- Lead and hire the field-building team as programmes expand; contribute to senior leadership strategy.
- Track record owning talent programmes, fellowships, convenings, or events; strong people management and judgment under uncertainty required.
