Head of Product – Marketplace Intelligence (f/m/x) - remote

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for refurbed’s Marketplace Intelligence product area, including user acquisition, recommendation systems, and pricing capabilities.
• Lead product squads and manage a team of Product Managers, ML Product Managers, and an SEO Manager.
• Partner with Marketing, Growth, Data Science, Engineering, Analytics, and Commercial teams to drive sustainable growth through AI, ML, experimentation, and decisioning systems.
• Translate company strategy into clear product problems, business requirements, and measurable success criteria, balancing customer experience, commercial outcomes, marketplace health, and sustainability impact.

By leading the Marketplace Intelligence product area, you will drive sustainable consumption by making refurbished products more accessible and affordable, reducing CO₂ emissions and electronic waste across Europe.

• 8+ years of product experience, including several years leading product teams or strategic product domains.
• Proven experience managing, coaching, and developing Product Managers, with a track record of building strong product teams.
• Strong analytical skills and deep understanding of experimentation, product metrics, funnel performance, marketplace dynamics, and business impact measurement.
• Strong technical fluency to guide product decisions involving data pipelines, model inputs/outputs, ranking logic, experimentation design, and technical trade-offs.
