Head of Product, Data Platform

Core responsibilities for this role include:

• Own the full product strategy and roadmap for Plug (enterprise SaaS platform), UDS (Utility Data Service), and data acquisition/processing pipelines
• Manage and develop a team of Senior Product Managers across multiple product areas
• Partner with engineering leadership to maintain a healthy, prioritized roadmap and ensure on-time delivery of features
• Represent the Data Products team to commercial, customer success, and executive stakeholders

This role contributes to creating a clean energy future by leading the development of Arcadia's utility data and energy solutions platform, which helps enterprises manage energy costs, reduce carbon emissions, and achieve sustainability goals.

Required qualifications and experience:

• 10+ years in product management with at least 3 years leading a team of PMs in enterprise SaaS
• Deep experience owning data platform products (API-first, pipeline-based, or data delivery products at enterprise scale)
• Proven ability to run complex, multi-stakeholder migration programs affecting live customers and revenue
• Strong technical foundation including ability to read API specs and discuss data models with engineers
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers and managing escalations
