Head of Partnerships & Community Collaborations: 4WARD.earth 🌎

• Lead the Partnerships Team and set quarterly OKRs and strategic initiatives.
• Design and execute outreach strategy to build high-impact partnerships with accelerators, corporates, media, etc.
• Land and manage key partnerships from negotiation to execution, integrating partners into events and programming.
• Secure co-promotion and distribution partnerships to expand 4WARD's reach.

This role accelerates climate solutions by building partnerships that connect founders, investors, policymakers, and community leaders across 110+ countries, breaking silos and turning climate ambition into action.

• Experience in partnerships, BD, sales, or commercial roles.
• Ability to manage a pipeline and hit targets.
• Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
• Interest in climate, cleantech, or sustainability.
