- Set strategy for university group support, launch new initiatives, and decide funding allocation across the portfolio.
- Build and manage the groups team, defining roles and hiring as the work scales.
- Represent Kairos externally to organizers, universities, funders, and ecosystem partners.
- Requires firsthand experience organizing or supporting university groups and deep AI safety ecosystem context.
- Requires strong judgment about people and high agency to execute autonomously on ambitious goals.
