Head of Finance & Operations

Build and lead the finance and operations function for a rapidly scaling global non-profit moving millions in charitable donations across multiple jurisdictions.
- Own consolidated financial reporting, forecasting, and compliance across US, NZ, UK, and Australian entities; manage cash flow, treasury, and FX across five currencies.
- Negotiate and optimize payment processor and platform costs (Stripe, PayPal, Raisely, Airwallex); run expense audits and consolidate cost drivers.
- Design and implement policies, systems, and workflows for compliance (990s, charity filings), HR, payroll, and vendor management across four jurisdictions.
- Requires 5+ years hands-on finance experience in commercial, startup, or non-profit settings; multi-entity non-profit exposure strongly preferred.
- Requires fluency with AI tools, technical platforms (Notion, Xero, Airwallex, Deel), and comfort negotiating vendor contracts independently.
