Head of Finance

Build Longview's first finance function to manage complex philanthropic capital flows and support organizational scaling.
- Establish accounting, FP&A, treasury, compliance, and financial strategy systems; oversee external providers and internal capabilities.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and financial planning to give leadership clear visibility of spending and future needs.
- Manage restricted funds, grant commitments, and related reporting across US and UK entities.
- Requires experience building or transforming a finance function, FP&A, accounting, and managing multiple legal entities.
- Requires treasury or investment experience and comfort making decisions with incomplete information in growing organizations.
