Head of Communications / Communications Lead

• Run CeSIA's communications, ensuring all policy outputs and research reach the right audiences.
• Develop communications strategy across channels, measure performance, and prioritise investments.
• Build messaging infrastructure including positioning, core messages, and brand governance.
• Build and maintain press networks across French and European media to translate policy positions into coverage.

This role ensures that critical AI safety research and policy recommendations reach key stakeholders, influencing decision-makers to adopt safer AI practices.

• Experience in communications strategy and execution.
• Ability to build and maintain press networks.
• Experience in crisis communication and managing contractors.
• Knowledge of AI safety or policy is a plus.
