What you will drive
- File and argue habeas petitions in federal district court to obtain release of wrongly-detained clients in immigration detention.
- Handle bond hearings for clients in immigration detention.
- Assist clients in immigration detention to assert their civil statutory and constitutional rights.

Salary is commensurate with experience. Entry level salary for barred attorneys is $64,500. The position is a one-year fellowship. Remote work possible but must be based in Pennsylvania.
