Mission

What you will drive

  • Manage the full lifecycle of proposals and RFPs across Kambo divisions, from opportunity tracking and go/no-go decisions through submission coordination and execution support.
  • Support key client relationships through communication management, reporting coordination, troubleshooting, and operational oversight.
  • Improve operational systems, templates, and proposal workflows to increase efficiency and accountability.

Profile

What makes you a great fit

  • 5–8+ years of experience in growth operations, account management, business operations, proposal management, or related roles.
  • Experience supporting client operations, account coordination, or customer success functions in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong ability to manage complex scheduling, communications, and stakeholder coordination across multiple concurrent projects.
  • Experience working with CRM platforms, project management tools, reporting systems, and data hygiene best practices.
