Mission
What you will drive
- Design and run Lumen's referral partner program from scratch, recruiting and activating CRE brokers, sustainability consultants, and property managers to generate qualified leads.
- Own the quarterly channel pipeline quota, sourcing deals from referral partners and handing them off to account executives.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams to optimize partner enablement, content, and product features.

Profile
What makes you a great fit
- 5–8 years in partnerships, channel business development, or enterprise sales with a track record of building programs from scratch.
- Comfortable in institutional CRE world; can hold own with brokers, sustainability VPs, and PE managing directors.
- Operator-first mindset: writes emails, builds lists, schedules calls, follows up. Numbers-native with data-driven decision making.
- High agency, strong written communication, and experience with referral or channel partnerships.
